Metering at such high contrasting situation has been really tricky and
challenging, especially when one is using film, no preview, no histogram
to assist. I figured, meter at the middle gray area should have
everything fall into places nicely. Just like metering sunset/sunrise,
the gray area near the cloud should give you a properly exposed shot. |
