Another shot taken in Duo Yi Shu. You may have noticed that many of the shots you have seen in the gallery were taken at this location. Duo Yi Shu is arguably one of the most popular places for scenic photography in Yuan Yang, having captured the hearts and minds of millions photographers worldwide.

"You are advised to go to Duo Yi Shu more often, and your trip to Yuan Yang would be worth it".

I guess the phrase says it all.

After capturing image 38, I quickly turned to the left and zoomed out a little more to compose this image, captivated by the fog which was engulfing the fields. I realized too, that the sun would soon reflect off the terraces as shown here.

Waiting patiently for the sun to move into position, my anticipation proved to be correct. When the sun was finally in place, I fired a few shots. Again, as before, metering in the middle gray area to avoid the hot spots.

I guess I was very lucky to have another wave of fog came in just in time; covering part of the terrace. It has really dramatized the composition. I loved the cold blue tone versus the warm tone of the reflection.

Duo Yi Shu has won the heart of another photographer.
