Sze Chuan

If I could choose only a few shooting locations in mainland China, Sichuan would undoubtedly be included in the top five. There is a wealth of photographic material here, with majestic snow-capped mountains such as Gongga and Yala, and beautiful landscapes such as Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. Cultural subjects and human interest are also abundant. The Tibetans and other ethnic minorities have so much to offer. Perhaps the only two subjects absent are deserts and oceans. Other than that, Sze Chuan offers almost all the main ingredients for photography enthusiasts.
